  • Proven capability to identify, pursue, and convert new business opportunities.
  • Strong analytical and market research skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.

Responsibilities & Context

Overview:
The Executive/Senior Executive – Sales is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, expanding the customer base, increasing ticket sales, and executing market visits to strengthen client and travel agent relationships. This role works closely with the Sales Manager to support overall sales strategies and achieve revenue targets.


Key Responsibilities

1. New Business Development

  • Identify and acquire new B2C and B2B clients, including corporate clients, travel agencies, and other sales channels.

  • Explore untapped markets and generate quality leads for airline services.

2. Sales Growth & Target Achievement

  • Drive ticket sales through strategic planning and customer engagement.

  • Consistently meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

3. Market Visits & Relationship Building

  • Conduct regular market visits to strengthen relationships with clients and agents.

  • Gather market insights, competitor data, and client feedback to refine sales strategies.

4. Client Engagement & Support

  • Respond promptly to client queries and provide effective solutions.

  • Support key accounts with tailored offers, packages, and promotions.

5. Tele-Sales & Lead Conversion

  • Make outbound calls to potential clients and follow up on inquiries.

  • Convert leads into confirmed bookings through proactive engagement.

6. Sales Reporting & Analysis

  • Maintain accurate sales records and monitor booking trends.

  • Provide actionable insights and reports to the Sales Manager.

7. Internal Coordination

  • Collaborate with Finance, Customer Support, and Marketing teams to ensure smooth execution of sales activities.
