Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
Skills
Identify potential corporate clients, including SMEs, factories, banks, and other organizations for group insurance.
Build and maintain strong relationships with HR managers, CFOs, and other key decision-makers.
Develop and execute sales strategies and action plans to achieve business targets.
Conduct market research to identify opportunities and analyze competitors.
Explain policy benefits, premium structures, and claim processes to clients.
Understand company requirements and offer tailored group insurance solutions.
Prepare quotations and proposals based on company size and risk assessment.
Negotiate premium rates, coverage, and terms with a focus on competitiveness.
Collaborate with actuarial and operations teams to ensure smooth policy issuance, documentation, and renewals.
Provide post-sales support and training, including policy modifications, endorsements, and timely premium collection.
Maintain accurate sales records and reports for management review.
Demonstrate self-discipline and willingness to travel nationwide as required.
Consistently meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Stay updated on insurance regulations, IDRA policies, and company guidelines.
Follow ethical sales practices and prioritize customer satisfaction.
Place company interests above personal interests when necessary.
