Experience: At least 3 years in bakery product development or production within an FMCG company.
Develop innovative bakery products aligned with current market trends and the company’s strategic goals.
Enhance existing products to improve taste, extend shelf life, and achieve cost efficiency.
Conduct plant trials to assess production feasibility and prepare detailed evaluation reports.
Optimize formulations and processing parameters to ensure product consistency, quality, and operational efficiency.
Prepare and maintain technical documentation, including process flows, raw material specifications, and trial reports.
Ensure compliance of all developed products with relevant food safety, labeling, and regulatory standards (e.g., BSTI, FSSAI, Codex).
Research and experiment with new ingredients, flavors, and processing technologies to drive product innovation.
Conduct sensory testing to evaluate product quality and consumer acceptance.
Analyze market insights, competitor offerings, and consumer preferences to identify opportunities in the bakery category.
