Responsibilities & Context

  • Sales & Business Development
  • Responsible for leading overall sales and marketing activities for Padding, Quilting, and Home Textile product lines.
  • Proactively identify new business opportunities, develop client relationships, and expand market share in both local and international markets.
  • Product Knowledge & Market Insights
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of padding and home textile products, including product specifications, pricing structures, market trends, and customer preferences.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to develop strategic pricing and promotional strategies.
  • Buyer Management & Client Servicing
  • Independently manage buyer communication, including price quoting, product development updates, sourcing discussions, and negotiations.
  • Act as the key liaison between buyers and internal departments, ensuring clear and timely communication regarding order status, shipment plans, and customer requirements.
  • Coordination with Production & Merchandising
  • Collaborate with the production and merchandising teams to ensure timely execution of orders, maintaining high quality and on-time delivery.
  • Ensure merchandisers are consistently updating buyers on production progress, sample status, and shipment schedules.
  • Marketing Strategy & Development
  • Drive all aspects of marketing development, including new product promotion, customer engagement initiatives, and branding strategies.
  • Plan and execute marketing campaigns, participate in trade fairs and exhibitions, and showcase products to potential clients.
