Responsibilities & Context

  • Maintain regular communication with doctors, medical institutions, and private clinics/hospitals within your assigned territory to meet sales targets and strengthen the hospital’s brand identity.
  • This is a field-based, performance-driven role that requires frequent travel—both short and long distance—across various regions in the country to engage with targeted healthcare professionals.
  • Focus primarily on direct marketing and personal engagement with potential community doctors.
  • Candidates should have a friendly yet determined approach, along with a basic understanding of service marketing strategies in the healthcare sector.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Understand the practice areas and specialties of local doctors; create and maintain a database of potential doctors in the assigned region.
  • Build strong professional relationships with medical practitioners and institutions, staying connected with medical associations and gathering insights on doctors affiliated with those institutions.
  • Meet monthly sales targets set by management from your territory.
  • Coordinate and manage events like seminars and health camps involving community doctors, ensuring strong public relations and proper logistical support.
  • Travel to ex-headquarters and outlying districts to visit doctors, boost referrals, and expand business opportunities.
  • Promote the hospital’s brand among local doctors and encourage them to contribute to the hospital’s medical journal.
  • Develop and submit a detailed monthly activity plan and performance report to the Sales Manager, including progress on targets.
