Key Responsibilities:
Assist line supervisors in preparing resource requirement plans (machines, equipment, and manpower), line setting, and line balancing
Support production managers in target setting and production planning
Provide labor cost estimates and production lead times to merchandisers and marketing personnel
Prepare MIS reports and update the management team on product status daily; alert them when attention or action is required
Develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for new tasks and processes to meet evolving fashion product requirements
Drive continuous process improvement beyond regular duties
Initiate and implement new projects, highlighting improvement opportunities within the factory to the management team
Participate in performance improvement activities in both the cutting and finishing departments
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and direct all Industrial Engineering (IE) aspects of knit garment production
Identify issues related to production productivity and provide actionable feedback to reporting authorities
Monitor scheduled activities and resolve issues as they arise, adapting to real-time production situations
Analyze critical points in the process and take corrective measures before the start of bulk production
Ensure synchronization of product, material, and information flow for maximum efficiency and cost-effectiveness
Conduct analysis of efficiency and utilization reports, lost time, and NPT (Non-Productive Time) reports with category-specific breakdowns
Coordinate and support the implementation of New Product Introductions (NPI) using relevant KPIs
Maintain material and inventory control analysis, perform time studies for machines, and set SMV (Standard Minute Value)
Monitor and assess the capacity and capability of new operators
Supervise line feeding systems and ensure adherence to SOPs related to Industrial Engineering and compliance
Review individual and line efficiency reports
Maintain effective liaison between team members, management, and other relevant departments
Perform any other tasks or assignments as directed by management
