Candidates should be between 24 and 40 years of age.
Measuring and enhancing efficiency, productivity, and capacity utilization. Establishing production goals and baseline targets based on operational needs. Evaluating production workflows to identify bottlenecks or inefficiencies. Developing and implementing process improvements to maximize output. Tracking and ensuring the effective use of resources, including labor, equipment, and materials. Collaborating with production teams to achieve delivery schedules. Gathering, analyzing, and interpreting production-related data. Applying lean methodologies such as 5S, Kaizen, and Six Sigma to streamline processes. Conducting time and motion studies to define standard work practices. Creating and updating standard operating procedures (SOPs) to improve efficiency. Identifying opportunities to reduce operational costs. Ensuring industrial engineering initiatives align with overall organizational objectives. Training and guiding staff in implementing new processes or technologies. Assessing skill matrices for newly hired operators. Performing pre-order and post-order costing and calculating thread consumption. Making sure processes adhere to applicable health, safety, and environmental standards. Supporting a safe workplace through effective process design and control measures.
