  • Minimum age of 25 years.
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience in human resources functions (preferred).
  • Solid knowledge of HR operations, including labor law compliance and best practices.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) tools.
  • Practical experience in recruitment, diversity, equity & inclusion (DEI) initiatives, and employee engagement activities.

Responsibilities & Context

HR Strategy & Workforce Planning
  • Assist in shaping and implementing HR strategies that align with overall business objectives.

  • Work closely with departmental leaders to assess staffing needs and develop effective hiring plans.

  • Review HR analytics and contribute actionable insights for continuous improvement.

Talent Acquisition
  • Oversee end-to-end recruitment processes—from job postings to onboarding new hires.

  • Proactively build a talent pipeline through networking and relationship-building strategies.

  • Ensure recruitment efforts support organizational diversity and reflect company values.

Employee Relations & Engagement
  • Act as a point of contact for employee concerns and guidance on HR-related issues and policies.

  • Design and execute engagement initiatives aimed at boosting morale, productivity, and retention.

  • Plan and manage team-building events, recognition programs, and other positive culture initiatives.

Organizational Culture & DEI
  • Foster an inclusive and collaborative workplace culture rooted in mutual respect.

  • Lead or support Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) efforts to ensure representation and fairness.

  • Align cultural development efforts with the organization’s mission and core values.

Compensation & Benefits Administration
  • Support the management of competitive salary structures and compensation practices.

  • Administer benefits programs such as health insurance, pensions, and employee allowances.

  • Provide support and resolution for employee questions related to pay and benefits.

Payroll Administration
  • Accurately manage monthly payroll, including salary calculations, deductions, and benefits.

  • Maintain updated attendance, leave, and overtime records to support payroll accuracy.

  • Address and resolve payroll discrepancies efficiently and confidentially.

HR Compliance & Policy Management
  • Ensure HR practices comply with local labor laws and internal policies.

  • Maintain and update employee handbooks and policy documents in line with legal requirements.

  • Conduct regular internal audits to ensure legal and procedural compliance.

Learning & Development
  • Identify training needs and coordinate relevant professional development programs.

  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training initiatives and recommend enhancements.

  • Assist in career pathing and succession planning for future organizational growth.

Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR)
  • Contribute to the design and implementation of CSR projects aligned with company ethics.

  • Coordinate with stakeholders to promote community engagement and sustainability.

  • Track and report CSR outcomes and impact.

Performance Management
  • Facilitate regular performance evaluation processes across departments.
  • Support in implementing Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs) when needed.
  • Analyze performance trends to identify gaps and recommend improvements.
