Manage and oversee customer credit, collaborating with the commercial team to ensure timely collection of export proceeds. Conduct value and volume analysis by retailer and product. Examine price variances for local customers and retailers. Prepare monthly customer aging reports and present findings to management. Monitor overdue accounts and coordinate with Customer Service and the commercial team for necessary actions. Establish and track cash inflow projections. Review and enhance company credit control procedures as needed. Analyze customer behavior to categorize accounts for credit recovery purposes. Determine and update credit terms for individual accounts based on behavior analysis. Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement new strategies. Coordinate with banks and customers to ensure proceeds are realized in our accounts according to the maturity schedule.
