On-Camera Video Participation
The chosen candidate will appear in promotional videos to support the company’s marketing and client engagement initiatives.
Full face visibility is required, and candidates must be comfortable and confident on camera.
They will deliver scripted dialogues clearly and professionally, consistent with the company’s communication style and branding.
Candidates who are camera-shy or hesitant with on-camera public speaking will not be considered.
Client Outreach & Promotion:
Conduct telemarketing campaigns to promote tourist visa services and identify prospective clients.
Proactively seek new clients through phone calls and social media channels.
Client Support & Application Assistance:
Guide clients through the tourist visa application process, including file initiation and document collection.
Maintain regular follow-up with clients from initial consultation to application completion.
Visa Processing Support:
Assist the visa processing team with file management and application-related documentation.
Sales & Performance:
Achieve or surpass individual sales targets set by the company.
Support team objectives through excellent client service and effective lead conversion.
Social Media Engagement:
Follow up with potential clients and generate leads via platforms such as Facebook, WhatsApp, and others.
Assist the team in digital marketing efforts and community engagement initiatives.
Communication & Documentation:
Provide clients with clear, professional, and accurate information at every stage.
Maintain detailed client records, file updates, and reports as required.
