• Marketing & Brand Communication
• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing campaigns (digital, print, and field-based) to promote bovine semen and related livestock products.
• Create compelling, bilingual content (Bengali & English) for brochures, social media posts, websites, and farmer education materials.
• Manage the company’s digital presence, including Facebook, YouTube, and email/SMS marketing campaigns.
• Market Research & Analysis
• Conduct on-ground field research to identify farmer needs, monitor competitor activities, and assess current market trends.
• Analyze sales and distribution data to uncover growth opportunities and operational challenges.
• Prepare insightful reports based on customer feedback, product performance, and industry updates.
• Farmer & Stakeholder Engagement
• Plan and execute farmer training sessions, workshops, and field demonstrations to raise awareness and usage of products.
• Develop strong relationships with key stakeholders such as dairy farmers, AI (Artificial Insemination) technicians, veterinarians, cooperatives, and agri-dealers.
• Support the coordination and participation in agricultural fairs, livestock expos, and dealer or partner meetings.
• Sales & Distribution Support
• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure marketing strategies are aligned with overall business goals.
• Design and develop promotional materials including posters, leaflets, and videos to assist sales initiatives.
• Monitor distributor and dealer performance while collecting market intelligence to inform decision-making.
• Digital & Rural Marketing
• Execute targeted digital marketing strategies (e.g., Facebook Ads, Google Ads, and other social media platforms) to engage rural audiences and farming communities.
• Liaise with local media outlets (radio, newspapers, community platforms) for promotional and awareness campaigns.
• Collect and document success stories and farmer testimonials to be used in marketing and branding efforts.
