  • A BBA or MBA degree in Management or Human Resource Management from a recognized public or private university.

  • 2 to 4 years of professional experience in a corporate administrative role.

  • Strong understanding of guest services, office operations, housekeeping, and facility cleanliness management.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.

  • Energetic, proactive, and self-motivated.

  • Capable of performing effectively under pressure.

  • Excellent communication skills in English, both spoken and written.

Responsibilities & Context

  • Oversee, plan, and refine administrative procedures, strategies, and systems to enhance efficiency and ensure accurate reporting.

  • Handle the preparation and processing of various administrative expenses, including mobile, lunch, overtime, travel, and entertainment bills.

  • Manage office supply levels and place replenishment orders as needed.

  • Assist in drafting company documents such as policies, memos, contracts, and agreements across different branches.

  • Coordinate the allocation of company vehicles to head office staff based on approved requests.

  • Supervise administrative personnel and drivers to ensure effective support services.

  • Maintain strong communication with vendors, suppliers, and clients to facilitate uninterrupted business operations.

  • Implement and monitor 5S practices throughout the Head Office to uphold workplace organization and cleanliness.

  • Enforce company rules and professional conduct to maintain a disciplined office environment.

  • Execute routine administrative tasks along with assigned periodic and special projects.

  • Offer administrative assistance to other departments as required.
