Unit Name: Texmart Trading Company Ltd. (a concern of Giant Group) is a prominent fashion retail brand in Bangladesh, operating popular labels such as Texmart, Occult, and Rave for both men and women.
Responsibilities:
Post bank payment vouchers and all types of journal vouchers into Tally software.
Prepare daily payment requisitions and issue cheques for vendor payments.
Compile and submit daily fund position reports (including receipts and payments) to the Managing Director.
Prepare monthly bank reconciliations, statements, and cash flow reports.
Check and monitor daily sales invoices using sales software.
Reconcile physical stock with data from sales and Tally software.
Verify petty cash transactions for both Head Office and Factory.
Prepare monthly stock, sales, and sales incentive reports.
Conduct regular visits to showroom locations within Dhaka to ensure adherence to company retail operation standards.
Maintain proper documentation and ensure the security of financial records.
Manage subsidiary ledgers, maintain sun-system entries, and reconcile them with general ledger accounts.
Conduct periodic inventory audits to ensure accuracy.
Perform any other duties as assigned by management.
