Efficiently operate, monitor, and maintain all ETP systems.
Ensure all processes comply with pollution control standards and regulatory requirements.
Oversee daily plant activities, including troubleshooting and optimizing system performance.
Maintain accurate records of operations, chemical consumption, and maintenance logs.
Work closely with environmental officers and audit teams.
Provide leadership, guidance, and training to support staff.
