Paragon Group, the country’s leading conglomerate in the feed manufacturing industry, is seeking qualified, dedicated, and experienced professionals to support its Feed Mills operations. Applicants must have at least 6 years of hands-on experience in feed mill maintenance and production.
Position: Engineer (Maintenance / Production)
Conduct both routine and preventive maintenance for all equipment.
Diagnose and resolve issues related to mechanical and electrical systems.
Monitor and manage spare parts inventory to ensure uninterrupted operations.
Maintain production efficiency while upholding quality standards.
Collaborate with other departments to streamline operational workflows and support reporting tasks.
Possess solid knowledge of generator and boiler maintenance procedures.
Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
