Additional Requirements
Maximum age: 35 years.
1–3+ years of experience in electrical and maintenance work.
Hands-on experience in AC repair and servicing is essential.
Familiarity with generator operation and maintenance.
Strong knowledge of electrical safety standards.
Ability to quickly diagnose issues and work independently.
Honest, responsible, and diligent.
Additional (Preferred) Skills:
Knowledge of UPS, inverter, and solar system maintenance.
Ability to read and interpret electrical diagrams.
Carry out electrical installations, repairs, and maintenance across Shayan Resort.
Troubleshoot and repair electrical wiring, switches, MCBs, DBs, control panels, and related systems.
Perform routine maintenance and servicing of air conditioners (AC), including:
Cleaning and repairing AC units
Diagnosing cooling and electrical issues
Checking refrigerant/gas levels
Servicing compressors, condensers, blowers, and evaporators
Maintain and service generators by:
Conducting regular inspections
Monitoring oil, coolant, battery, and fuel levels
Ensuring proper start-up and shutdown procedures
Identifying and fixing generator faults
Ensure uninterrupted operation of all electrical systems in the resort.
Respond promptly to electrical emergencies and breakdowns.
Keep detailed records of all maintenance and repair activities.
