Age between 30 to 60 years.
Must have a minimum of 10 years of driving experience.
For private car and microbus drivers, a light/medium driving license is required; for bus drivers, a medium/heavy driving license is required.
In addition to the above qualifications, the candidate must also have the following skills and knowledge:
A clear understanding of the Road Transport Act 2018.
Experience in driving both automatic and manual vehicles.
Ability to read and write Bengali properly.
Must possess a valid driving license and national ID card.
Preference will be given to candidates with experience in driving private cars, microbuses, and buses.
Above all, the candidate must be a good human being.
Safely drive assigned vehicles (private car, microbus, or bus) as per company requirements.
Maintain the vehicle in clean and good working condition.
Follow all traffic rules and ensure safe transportation of passengers and goods.
Perform routine checks on vehicle oil, water, battery, brakes, and tires before trips.
Keep accurate records of daily mileage, fuel usage, and trip details.
Report any mechanical issues immediately for timely maintenance.
Assist passengers with loading and unloading if required.
Maintain punctuality in pick-up and drop-off schedules.
Ensure documents like driving license and vehicle papers are up to date.
Perform any other duties assigned by management.
