Ahmed Group is looking for a skilled and proactive professional to fill the role of DGM/AGM – Commercial (Payment Collection) at Israq Spinning Mills Ltd. The main responsibility of this role is to monitor and collect outstanding payments from clients and banks, oversee payment processes, and ensure efficient cash flow management.
Job Responsibilities
Provide guidance and monitor all payment activities to ensure accuracy and timely scheduling.
Follow up with clients and banks to guarantee prompt collection of dues.
Keep detailed records of all receivables and the status of collections.
Conduct visits to client offices or banks as needed to facilitate payment collection.
Issue receipts and maintain proper documentation of collected payments.
Offer direction on payment procedures to ensure compliance with company policies.
Collaborate with sales and commercial teams to address any payment-related issues.
Maintain strong communication with clients to track and recover outstanding payments.
Ensure all collection documentation is processed according to company guidelines.
Prepare regular collection reports (daily, weekly, monthly) for management review.
Assist in reconciling client accounts and bank statements associated with receivables.
Report overdue or challenging accounts to senior management for further action.
Lead and manage the payment collection team to meet collection goals.
Perform additional tasks as assigned by management.
