1–2 years of experience in a similar role at a reputable bank (optional).
Willing to work at any location within Bangladesh.
Strong communication skills and ability to work independently.
Eager to quickly and thoroughly learn about products and services.
Positive attitude with a commitment to comply with Bangladesh Bank policies, AML regulations, and anti-money laundering directives.
Accurately handle cash receipts and payments at the counter, ensuring correct denominations.
Promptly and precisely record cash transactions in the core banking system.
Follow note sorting procedures, AML policies, and relevant regulatory guidelines.
Support cash and vault management, including balancing tills, sorting notes, and verifying reports.
Meet bank-set financial targets, including deposits, loans, cards, and new accounts.
Oversee ATM booth operations, including cash loading, unloading, and reconciliation.
Hold the vault key in the absence of the Cash In-Charge.
Ensure high customer satisfaction by delivering excellent service at the cash counter.
Maintain sufficient stock of forms, brochures, and other materials in the cash area.
Accurately display information on counterfeit note warnings, deposit, and exchange rates.
Manage customer queues, uphold security, and maintain cleanliness in the cash area.
Safeguard the confidentiality of all customer and bank information.
Other Benefits
During the probation period (minimum 6 months), the monthly gross salary will be BDT 36,000.
Upon successful completion of the probation period, the monthly salary will increase to BDT 45,000.
Additional benefits will be provided in accordance with EBL’s People Management Policy.
