Basic knowledge of IELTS, PTE, and TOEFL is a plus.

We are looking for a dedicated and motivated female Customer Service Executive to join our team. You will serve as the first point of contact for prospective students and clients, assisting them with inquiries regarding IELTS, PTE, TOEFL registration, courses, and visa/migration processes.
Respond to customer inquiries via email, phone, live chat, and social media in a timely and professional manner.
Assist students with exam registrations for IELTS, PTE, and TOEFL.
Provide detailed information on Study Universe services, including visa, migration assistance, and language courses.
Guide students through enrollment processes for IELTS and PTE preparation courses.
Maintain accurate client records in the customer management system.
Coordinate with operations and academic teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
Ensure high customer satisfaction by providing accurate and timely solutions.
Stay updated on latest exam dates, procedures, and policies.
