Responsibilities & Context:
Handle both inbound and outbound calls to engage with prospective and existing customers, including collecting feedback and delivering sales pitches when appropriate.
Conduct post-visit survey calls to guests to gather structured feedback about their experience at the playground.
Ask relevant and insightful follow-up questions to gain deeper customer insights and better understand their needs and expectations.
Compile, organize, and summarize collected feedback into clear and actionable daily and weekly reports.
Represent the company in a courteous, professional, and positive manner in all customer interactions.
Accurately document customer feedback using internal CRM systems and digital tools.
Support additional operational tasks and responsibilities as assigned by management to meet business needs.
