Candidate Requirements:
Age between 18 to 50 years

Excellent communication skills in both Bengali and English (written and spoken)

Polished speaking style with a pleasant tone and clear articulation
Presentable, cheerful, and attractive personality; comfortable speaking in front of the camera
Strong communication, analytical thinking, planning, and presentation abilities
Experience in dealing with both individual and corporate clients (preferred)
Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines
Key Responsibilities:
Outbound Communication: Make proactive outbound calls to prospective customers and diligently follow up on sales leads to drive customer acquisition and retention.
Inbound Support: Handle inbound customer calls with professionalism, providing accurate and timely information about products and services.
Social Media Engagement: Manage and respond to customer inquiries via social media and messaging platforms such as Messenger and WhatsApp, ensuring a consistent and positive brand experience.
CRM Management: Maintain comprehensive and up-to-date records of all calls, messages, and customer interactions in the customer relationship management (CRM) system.
Market Monitoring: Track and report on market trends and customer feedback to support business strategy and product development initiatives.
