Excellent phone communication skills, able to maintain a polite and persuasive tone with customers.Computer literate, with fast typing skills and basic knowledge of MS Office and Excel.
Previous experience in Customer Service, Call Center, or E-commerce is preferred and considered an advantage.
Skills
Respond to customer inquiries through Facebook and Instagram inboxes, the company website, and phone calls.
Verify online orders and handle payment processing for bookings.
Interact with customers over the phone, demonstrating strong telecommunication skills.
Prepare and submit daily reports to the Team Leader.
Maintain professional and courteous online communication to enhance overall customer experience.
