Client Engagement & Communication
Effectively present product offerings such as hangtags, poly bags, and stickers to potential and existing clients.
Maintain consistent communication through phone, WhatsApp, email, or face-to-face interactions.
Order Management
Accurately capture and process customer orders.
Coordinate with the production team to ensure on-time delivery and quality assurance.
Keep clients informed on order status and follow up after delivery to ensure satisfaction.
Sales Performance
Achieve assigned monthly or quarterly sales targets.
Re-engage previous customers to drive repeat business.
Product Expertise
Develop in-depth knowledge of all PackPro offerings, including printing materials, accessories, and marketing solutions.
Stay informed about new product launches, services, and ongoing promotions.
Reporting & CRM
Document all client interactions, sales activity, and feedback in an organized manner.
Submit regular performance and activity reports to supervisors or management.
Market Intelligence
Gather insights on customer preferences and competitor offerings to support service improvements and product development.
Cross-Functional Coordination
Collaborate with internal teams—design, printing, logistics—to ensure that client needs are fulfilled efficiently and professionally.
