Interact with customers across various digital platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, WhatsApp, and the company website.
Provide timely responses to customer inquiries, concerns, and service requests through messaging, phone, and other communication tools.
Manage a high volume of customer interactions, including 500–600 inbound and outbound calls and approximately 2,000 messages daily across all channels.
Apply knowledge of digital marketing to support and enhance promotional campaigns and boost online engagement.
Oversee product inventory, ensuring accurate stock management and organized office storage.
Support online marketing initiatives by actively promoting products and services to prospective customers.
Keep website product listings up-to-date and aligned with social media platforms for consistency in availability and information.
Work collaboratively with internal teams to strengthen customer engagement strategies.
Generate and submit daily sales reports to the Admin to monitor performance and identify areas for improvement.
