We are a rapidly expanding biotech company specializing in probiotics, growth promoters, mineral supplements, and sanitizers for cattle, poultry, swine, and aquaculture. Headquartered in India and the UAE, we are looking for a dynamic and self-driven country sales manager to lead our business expansion across Bangladesh.

Key Responsibilities:
• Appoint, develop, and manage dealers/distributors across Bangladesh.
• Ensure consistent repeat orders from existing partners and grow revenue streams.
• Develop on-the-ground farmer awareness/sub-distributorship and market activation campaigns.
• Take ownership of sales targets, territory performance, and country P&L.
• Prospect and close large accounts and key business deals with major distributors and corporate clients.
• Manage day-to-day sales operations, including account tracking and collections.
• Report directly to Indian and UAE leadership.

Candidate Requirements:
• Minimum 4-5 years of B2B sales experience in animal healthcare, feed additives, veterinary products, or related fields.
• Strong existing network of dealers/distributors is preferred.
• Demonstrated track record of achieving sales targets and managing key accounts.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a willingness to handle challenging, target-driven roles.
• Fluent in local language(s) and capable of field travel across Bangladesh.

Compensation Package:
• Base Salary: $500 USD per month
• Travel & Expenses Allowance: $200 USD per month
• Performance-based incentives will be considered after proven track record.
