Experience & Qualifications:
4–7 years of experience coordinating training programs within a TVET or skills development context
Demonstrated experience with BTEB/NSDA-accredited programs is highly preferred
In-depth knowledge of competency-based curriculum design, assessment standards, and adult learning principles

Candidates who successfully complete training are certified by BTEB (Bangladesh Technical Education Board) and/or NSDA (National Skill Development Authority).
The Coordinator – Training Academy will be responsible for managing daily operations and ensuring the quality delivery of training programs in alignment with TVET (Technical and Vocational Education and Training) and CBT&A (Competency-Based Training & Assessment) standards. The role includes support for curriculum development, trainer coordination, trainee assessment, and compliance with BTEB/NSDA regulations.
Plan, organize, and supervise all training activities across language, IT, trade-based, and etiquette courses
Coordinate the development of curriculum and training materials following TVET and CBT&A frameworks
Manage scheduling and performance of trainers, assessors, and support staff
Oversee trainee enrollment, orientation, attendance tracking, and certification processes
Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness through assessments, feedback, and performance indicators
Ensure full compliance with BTEB and NSDA accreditation and reporting standards
Build and maintain relationships with industry partners, employers, and certifying bodies
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance training quality and learner outcomes
Prepare regular reports on training operations, outcomes, and compliance for management review
Foster a professional, inclusive, and supportive learning environment that meets the needs of diverse trainees
