Candidates should be between 18 and 40 years old.
Proficient typing speed of at least 30 words per minute in both Bangla and English.
Expertise in Bijoy typing, especially in book formatting.
Strong typing skills in MS Word, PowerPoint, and other related software.
Competent in efficient file management.
Work closely with the creative team and clients to fully grasp project goals, requirements, and the intended audience.
Manage file settings and makeup processes while developing fresh and captivating design concepts, layouts, and visual materials for both digital and print platforms such as websites, social media, advertisements, and marketing materials.
Produce striking graphics, illustrations, and multimedia content that adhere to client brand standards and project goals.
Ensure all designs maintain visual harmony, appeal, and follow contemporary design trends and industry best practices.
Keep up-to-date with the latest industry trends, design methods, and new technologies to continually improve your design expertise.
Share innovative marketing ideas with clients, collaborate on content development, publish on digital platforms, and consistently manage these channels to effectively engage the company’s target audience.
