Age between 20 and 35 years.
Experience in report preparation for Pathology, Ultrasonography, and Radiology departments in any hospital will be given preference.
Minimum typing speed of 30–35 words per minute in English.
Strong command of both English and Bangla (written and verbal).
Must be enthusiastic, proactive, dedicated, punctual, and hardworking.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
Skills
Transcribe doctors’ handwritten notes into the designated software system with accuracy and attention to detail.
Convert verbal recommendations and advice from doctors into well-structured medical reports using proper medical terminology, spelling, and punctuation.
Prepare and format various Ultrasonography and Radiology reports within the software.
Ensure all transcriptions are accurate, complete, and error-free.
Identify and correct any inconsistencies, omissions, or errors that may affect the quality or accuracy of patient reports.
Follow up with doctors to verify and confirm the accuracy of transcribed information when necessary.
