Job Context
We are seeking talented, energetic, self-motivated, and experienced individuals to apply for the position of Chief Security Executive.

Job Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate all daily security operations across the organization’s premises.

• Ensure effective deployment and performance of all security personnel.

• Oversee the functionality of security systems such as CCTV, access control, and alarm systems.

• Develop, implement, and maintain up-to-date security policies, SOPs, and related documentation.

• Design, lead, and execute comprehensive security strategies and plans.

• Act as the primary liaison with law enforcement, regulatory authorities, and emergency services.

• Conduct routine risk assessments to identify potential threats and vulnerabilities.

• Serve as Incident Commander or key advisor during emergencies and critical events.

• Collaborate with departments such as Administration, IT, Legal, HR, and Student Services to ensure integrated security management.

• Promote safety awareness and education within the organization or community.

• Ensure a safe and secure environment for all employees, students, and visitors.

• Regularly monitor and inspect high-risk or sensitive areas.

• Provide security support during student events, large gatherings, and special programs.

• Safeguard intellectual property, laboratories, and restricted research facilities.

• Maintain accurate and transparent crime and incident reporting systems.

• Evaluate and monitor the performance and conduct of security personnel.

• Conduct briefings, assign duties, and manage duty rosters.

• Respond promptly to emergencies, alarms, and security incidents.

• Lead or support investigations into breaches, accidents, or suspicious activities.

• Prepare and maintain detailed incident and accident reports.

• Manage and maintain security-related equipment and inventory.

• Participate in planning and executing high-security operations or large-scale events.

• Ensure all guards are properly uniformed, disciplined, and professional.

• Perform any other duties assigned by the competent authority as required.
