Key Responsibilities:
Contribute to the bank’s overall deposit growth by developing a high-quality depository client base.
Formulate and implement sales strategies for all deposit and asset-based products.
Plan, organize, and oversee business development initiatives for Premium Banking to achieve targeted results.
Monitor services provided to Premium Banking clients to ensure sustainable customer satisfaction.
Take accountability for achieving overall team performance and results.
Meet budget targets and maximize the bank’s revenue opportunities.
Upsell and cross-sell products while providing regular market updates and trend analysis.
Supervise Premium Banking frontline teams to drive digital activation among assigned customers.
Ensure operational integrity across all products and processes.
Maintain strong collaboration with team members and cross-functional departments for smooth center operations.
