Conduct survey calls to potential clients and gather relevant information.
Meet daily call and performance targets consistently.
Collect, organize, and filter client data accurately.
Maintain professionalism and contribute to a positive work environment.
Must be immediately available to join.
Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM (including a 1-hour break).
Other Benefits
Daily Pay Rate: ৳300 (Three Hundred Taka).
Salary Payment: Processed between the 10th and 15th of the following month via the designated payment method.
Attendance Bonus: Employees maintaining full attendance and timely login throughout the month will receive an additional ৳1,200.
Disqualification Criteria for Attendance Bonus:
More than 3 instances of late login, early logout, or half-day attendance in a month.
Any unauthorized absence without prior approval.
The attendance bonus will be added to the monthly salary if all criteria are met.
Weekly Holiday: Friday.
Government Holidays: Observed as per workload; employees may be required to work on holidays during high operational demand.
