Key Responsibilities:
 * Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
 * Provide accurate information and resolve customer queries and complaints efficiently.
 * Input, update, and retrieve customer data accurately into the company database/CRM system.
 * Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers.
 * Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
Requirements:
 * Education: Minimum Higher Secondary Certificate (HSC) or equivalent completion is mandatory.
 * Computer Skills: Must have good knowledge of computer basics, including proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and navigating the internet and different software interfaces.
 * Typing Speed: Must possess a good typing speed with high accuracy. A typing test will be part of the selection process.
 * Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills in [Specify Language(s) - e.g., English and Bengali] are essential.
 * Availability: Must be ready to start immediately and be flexible with shift timings (if applicable).
 * Attitude: Strong listening skills, patience, and a professional demeanor.
