Experience: 3 to 4 years in comparable positions within amusement parks, event venues, restaurants, or the hospitality industry.
Preferred: Experience operating under international franchise guidelines is a plus.
Proficient with basic technology, including email communication, report writing, and conducting staff performance reviews.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Bangla and English.
Willingness to work on all government holidays with a positive and enthusiastic attitude.

We are looking for a Branch In-Charge to ensure our playground operates safely, efficiently, and remains full of energy. This is an active, floor-based role engaging daily with children, parents, and your team. If you’re cheerful, hands-on, and proactive, we’d love to hear from you!
Supervise approximately 15+ staff across playground operations, reception & ticketing, kitchen, cleaning, and security.
Create effective staff schedules based on visitor patterns.
Maintain cleanliness across the facility and ensure all play equipment is safe and functional.
Oversee birthday parties, school visits, and events to deliver excellent experiences.
Execute local promotional activities, organize school partnerships, and connect with nearby businesses to increase foot traffic.
Align branch marketing efforts with overall company strategy.
Set and track sales targets.
Manage branch cash and coordinate with accounts.
Ensure adherence to company policies and operational standards.
Manage food and beverage services and monitor inventory levels.
Handle guest feedback professionally, resolving issues with a positive approach.
Recruit, train, and mentor new team members.
Maintain consistent communication with Head Office.
Support other business needs as required.
