Experience in IPD (Inpatient Department) and OPD (Outpatient Department) billing
Proficient in handling hospital billing software
Job Responsibilities:
Provide accurate information to patients regarding hospital services for both outpatients and inpatients.
Inform patient attendants about OT (Operation Theater) services, inpatient admission procedures, and hospital discharge policies.
Receive payments, accurately input data into the system, and generate bills for customers.
Prepare patient-wise cash settlements and submit them to the Finance and Accounts department.
Ensure prompt, courteous, and efficient service is delivered to patients and their families from entry to discharge to maximize satisfaction.
Listen to patient queries or complaints and resolve them in coordination with the reporting authority.
Perform any other tasks reasonably assigned by hospital management or departmental in-charge.
