Daily Duties of a Bus Helper:
Assisting the driver in their duties.
Alerting the driver about road conditions while driving (e.g., vehicles on the right, parked cars on the left, speed breakers ahead, etc.).
Maintaining the entire vehicle.
Knowing how to use spare tools like jack, wheel wrench, and jack lever.
Maintaining the vehicle's battery.
Checking engine oil and water levels before starting the vehicle.
Keeping spare tools properly stored.
After every trip, checking vehicle parts, tires, water, engine oil, etc., for any issues.
Guarding and supervising the vehicle in the absence of the driver.
Supporting the driver in all aspects.
Informing the driver and the concerned authority if any mechanical issues are noticed.
Cleaning the vehicle thoroughly after use.
Not smoking or using any kind of drugs while driving or on duty.
Avoiding picking up or dropping off passengers in the middle of the road.
Always behaving politely with passengers.
Ensuring that no illegal items are loaded onto the vehicle by passengers.
Being present and available as per the driver's instructions.
Informing the authority immediately if any passenger's belongings are found left in the vehicle.
Driving slowly and carefully to avoid any collisions with other vehicles.
Performing any other duties or following any instructions given by the authority beyond the ones listed above.

Compensation and Benefits:
Monthly Salary: BDT 13,000/- (inclusive of overtime and other allowances).
Working Days: 6 days per week; 1 day weekly holiday.
Weekly Holiday Work: If duties are assigned on the weekly holiday, it will be compensated as paid overtime.
