Responsibilities & Context
-
Greet customers, share information about specials or new menu items, respond to inquiries, and handle orders and payments.

Prepare beverages by grinding and blending coffee beans, brewing coffee and tea, and serving drinks to customers. Provide product knowledge and explain brewing methods.

Clean and restock workstations and dining areas, dispose of trash, and sanitize equipment and utensils.

Update signage and displays to attract customer attention.

Manage inventory and restock items in display cases, on tables, or behind the counter.

Collaborate effectively with a lively and energetic team.

Follow all food safety standards and maintain quality control.
