Responsibilities & Context

Job Context:
We are seeking a dynamic and energetic professional with a minimum of 3 years of proven experience in preparing financial and management reports, including Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow statements. The role supports data-driven decision-making and ensures financial transparency, contributing significantly to the organization’s goals.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Prepare financial and management reports.

  • Ensure timely asset capitalization according to company policies and accounting standards.

  • Perform cost analysis for Raw Materials (RM) and Packaging Materials (PM).

  • Prepare business performance reports and analytics on time.

  • Regularly monitor the General Ledger (GL).

  • Verify employee final settlements, record and control payroll costs.

  • Assist in external and internal audits.

  • Prepare and review inter-company reconciliation statements.

  • File income tax returns for individuals and companies.

  • Prepare monthly incentive policies, finalize sales targets, and support budget preparation.

  • Generate various ad hoc management reports as needed.

  • Collaborate with marketing, audit, and finance teams to manage budgets for maximum impact and ROI.

  • Work closely with the Head of Accounts to fulfill any other ad hoc management requirements.
