Education


  • Bachelor/Honors, Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA), in Business Studies
  • Masters, Master of Business Administration (MBA), in Business Studies
  • Diploma, Post Graduate Diploma (PGD), in Human Resource Management.

  • 8–12 years of relevant experience in Garments or Garments Accessories industries.

  • Age between 35 and 45 years.

  • Strong understanding of recruitment and disciplinary procedures.

  • Excellent communication, report writing, and coordination skills across departments and with external authorities.

  • High level of confidentiality, integrity, and attention to detail.

  • Ability to work independently with a proactive, problem-solving approach.


Responsibilities & Context

  • Oversee and manage social and environmental compliance, including audits for BSCI, Sedex, Inditex, Primark, GOTS, OCS, GRS, RSC, ISO, and HIGG, ensuring all compliance documents are accurately maintained.

  • Prepare audit CAP reports and maintain records as required.

  • Administer social and environmental compliance audits and prepare for buyer visits.

  • Maintain communication with government authorities and compliance organizations.

  • Ensure a safe and healthy workplace by managing safety, hygiene, and environmental operations.

  • Develop and execute the annual HR & Admin strategy aligned with the business plan, ensuring support for organizational needs.

  • Monitor and enforce strict adherence to HR and Admin policies and procedures.

  • Manage information systems, talent management, performance management, manpower planning, and succession planning.

  • Stay updated with Buyer Codes of Conduct and coordinate social and technical audits.

  • Motivate staff and foster positive relations between workers and management.

  • Develop and update the company organogram, SOPs, and overall manpower planning.

  • Implement recruitment plans to support timely talent acquisition.

  • Coordinate performance appraisal systems and conduct salary surveys to remain competitive.

  • Support organizational and staff management through efficient office administration.

  • Maintain discipline and proper chain of command within the factory.

  • Oversee access control, time attendance, security, and emergency procedures.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with law enforcement and government agencies for smooth operations.

  • Lead the HR & Admin team, ensuring proper task distribution, coordination, and follow-up.

  • Develop and document HR policies; promote programs to create an efficient and conflict-free workplace.

  • Handle employee motivation, counseling, and disciplinary matters.

  • Ensure timely maintenance and repair of infrastructure, facilities, civil works, transport, and office equipment.

  • Act as a liaison between departments, executives, and management.

  • Prepare daily progress reports and present data-driven insights to senior management.

  • Maintain attendance, leave records, and prepare monthly salary sheets.

  • Perform any other duties assigned by management.
