Responsibilities & Context

Project: ALBORADA TRUST Funded WASH Project
Contract Type: Contractual
Duration: Until December 31, 2025 (extension possible)
Location: Cox’s Bazar Sadar, Ukhiya, Teknaf Upazilas, and FDMN camps
Job Summary:
The position supports the Technical Officer (Civil Engineer) in the planning, implementation, and monitoring of WASH project activities. Responsibilities include reviewing engineering designs, blueprints, and maps; estimating labor and material costs; and ensuring environment-friendly construction practices. The role also involves coordination with government and non-government stakeholders, preparing technical reports, and ensuring gender-sensitive and rights-based approaches aligned with local norms and values.
Strong liaison, documentation, and stakeholder engagement skills are essential, especially for coordination with GoB bodies and local/national/international NGOs
