Additional Requirements

  • Experience in reviewing and triaging alerts using endpoint detection and response (EDR) and SOC tools. Certifications or training in SIEM, SOAR, Threat Intelligence, or related areas are preferred.
  • 2 to 5 years of experience in Information Security as a primary role, or at least 5 years in IT networking with a focus on incident monitoring and detection.
  • Strong technical skills including Network Defense, Ethical Hacking, Incident Response, Computer Forensics, and Reverse Engineering.
  • Proven experience detecting, analyzing, and responding to security incidents, with a solid understanding of common threats, attack methods, vulnerabilities, and exploits. Prior SOC Analyst experience is expected.
  • In-depth knowledge of current security threats and techniques, coupled with a self-motivated drive to continuously research and expand knowledge in information security.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work proactively and independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment. Adaptability to changing priorities, critical thinking, strategic insight, negotiation skills, and consensus building are essential.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Customer-focused, self-driven, and capable of managing deadlines efficiently.

The bank is seeking a motivated, intelligent, and purpose-driven individual for the Information Security Department within the Risk Management Division.
Grade: SO-PO
Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide continuous SOC monitoring (24/7 on rotation or on-call basis) and analyze cybersecurity events using various tools and methods to investigate and manage security incidents through incident response (IR).
  • Review and prioritize security alerts, analyze incidents, track remediation efforts, escalate issues when necessary, and ensure reliable data feeds. Conduct threat and vulnerability assessments and prepare incident reports.
  • Support log management, SIEM, SOAR, Threat Intelligence Platforms, and related security solutions.
  • Manage systems related to log collection, security scanning, intrusion detection, content filtering, and other security tools.
  • Analyze and respond to newly discovered vulnerabilities; document and report on security issues and emerging trends. Support the Enterprise Vulnerability Management program.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned, including covering for team members or balancing workload during peak times.
