Maintain regular communication with farmers and onboard them as per company policies.
Collect all relevant data (e.g., farmer’s name, phone number, address, product name, quantity, etc.) as per provided guidelines.
Gather daily farmer information, prepare reports, and submit them to the concerned department.
Travel across the designated region to complete assigned tasks.
Maintain strong working relationships with suppliers and buyers, and conduct proper field visits to ensure task completion.
Develop new sourcing partners for vegetables, paddy, wheat, maize, etc.
Prepare and present daily sales reports detailing sales, potential sales, and opportunities for client base expansion.
Lead the development and execution of marketing plans and assigned field activities to meet monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Conduct regular market visits to build sourcing partnerships, identify growth opportunities, establish relationships, and monitor competitor activities.
Engage with vendors for the sale of products intended for local markets.
Identify opportunities to improve and develop solutions that enhance overall customer experience, and implement changes where necessary.
Manage product logistics and coordinate with buyers to ensure successful deliveries.
Perform any other duties assigned by the supervisor.
