Planning, Budgeting and implementation of production plan of Food Fish
All preparation work of production in time. Ensure of all necessary inputs of production in time
Give technical knowledge to staff for achieving yearly target of production
Take necessary action for pond preparation, liming, fertilization, water treatment, disease preventive measure etc
To give fish feed as proper percent in accurate time
To sale marketable size of food fish in appropriate time
To measure fish weight time to time for proper FCR record
Monitoring of all production work regularly and feedback to staff for improving their activity
Reporting to Manager in daily and monthly
Maintain all production related register and analysis
Staff supervision and assessment.
Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme’s goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so.
