Responsibilities & Context

  • Review tech packs, including specifications, sketches, and fabric details, to ensure they meet the buyer’s requirements.
  • Proceed with the costing process once all discrepancies are addressed and clarified.
  • Collaborate with designers and product developers to understand seasonal trends and product requirements.
  • Support the sourcing of fabrics, trims, and materials for garment production.
  • Communicate with suppliers and manufacturers to ensure timely production and delivery of samples and bulk orders.
  • Coordinate the delivery, approval, and feedback of samples between suppliers and internal teams.
  • Assist in placing purchase orders, ensuring accurate and timely order placement.
  • Work with the logistics team to ensure proper shipment tracking and product delivery.
  • Help maintain detailed records of production schedules, orders, and costing data.
  • Coordinate Time & Action (T&A) schedules with buyers for upcoming orders.
  • Assist in preparing reports related to sales, inventory, and product performance.
  • Ensure accurate and timely order input into the ERP system.
  • Update and maintain the Bill of Materials (BOM) in the ERP system to ensure accurate recording of all product components.
  • Set and manage the Order Plan and TNA schedules within the ERP system and the company’s internal format to track production timelines and milestones.
  • Map the Logistics Management System (LMS) with confirmed order details to ensure coordination between production, logistics, and shipment teams.
  • Perform any other tasks as assigned by the Company Management or your desk in-charge.
