• Manage and supervise all quality assurance processes, starting from raw material checks through to the shipment of finished products.

• Ensure that product quality aligns with buyer specifications, AQL criteria, and global compliance standards.

• Oversee inspections at various stages—inline, midline, and final—to maintain consistent quality during production.

• Detect defects and non-conformities, analyze root causes, and implement corrective and preventive measures (CAPA).

• Collaborate closely with production, merchandising, and technical teams to address quality issues promptly.

• Review and approve pre-production samples, size sets, and shipment samples in accordance with buyer expectations.

• Strictly adhere to buyer quality manuals, standard operating procedures, and audit protocols.

• Coordinate with buyer representatives, third-party inspectors, and auditors to facilitate seamless quality approvals.

• Develop and maintain QA policies, procedures, and standards that comply with company policies and regulatory requirements.

• Keep accurate records of quality documentation, inspection reports, and other relevant materials for audit purposes and client reference.

• Train QC inspectors and sewing operators on quality benchmarks, defect prevention techniques, and industry best practices.

• Promote continuous improvement efforts aimed at enhancing product quality, minimizing rework, and increasing operational efficiency.

• Enforce safety, compliance, and environmental standards in line with textile industry regulations.

• Lead initiatives such as Lean, Six Sigma, or other process improvement programs.

• Prepare and present quality performance reports to management for review.
