We are seeking a proactive and experienced professional to join Atlas Footwear Ltd. as Assistant Manager – HR, Administration & Compliance.
Location: Bhulta, Gauisa, Rupgonj, Narayangonj
Key Responsibilities:
Support the implementation and ongoing management of HR, administrative, and compliance functions.
Prepare, maintain, and update all factory compliance documentation, ensuring timely follow-ups.
Coordinate internal and external audits, including BSCI, SEDEX, BATA, and other relevant certifications.
Oversee proper documentation and monitoring of health, safety, and environmental standards.
Assist management in handling employee relations, disciplinary matters, and welfare initiatives.
Serve as a point of contact for buyers, auditors, and other stakeholders regarding compliance-related matters.
