Key Qualifications & Experience:
Strong functional and SAP experience in Discrete and Repetitive Production Processes specific to the Ready-Made Garment (RMG) sector.
Hands-on experience in end-to-end SAP and SAP S/4HANA implementations, with involvement in at least 1–2 full life cycle implementation projects in the relevant industries.
Skilled in cross-functional coordination, especially with FICO, SD, QM, PM, and MM modules for day-to-day support and project execution.
Technical Expertise:
Proficient in creating Inspection Characteristics (MIC), Inspection Plans, BOMs, Routings, and Work Centers.
Strong leadership skills with experience in team management and project execution.
Well-versed in SAP configuration and customization to meet business-specific needs.
In-depth understanding of system integration, ensuring seamless module interactions.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to drive solution-based outcomes.
Additional Skills:
Solid knowledge of MRP (Material Requirements Planning), Production Scheduling, and Shop Floor Control.
Capable of designing efficient, cost-effective SAP solutions related to Materials Management and Purchasing.
Hands-on experience in developing mass upload tools such as:
LSMWs (Legacy System Migration Workbench)
BADI (Business Add-Ins)
IDOC (Intermediate Documents)
Custom Programs for master data migration and data cut-over activities
Business Process Improvement:
Analyze existing business processes, recommend improvements, and translate them into SAP-enabled solutions that align with organizational goals.
