Prepare case files and coordinate with external lawyers for ongoing disputes related to labor, factory, land, and property.
Attend court hearings, tribunals, or arbitration sessions as required.
Assist in preparing lease agreements, tenancy contracts, and joint venture agreements.
Monitor contract timelines, renewals, and obligations.
Draft, review, and vet legal documents related to land purchase, lease, sale, development, or transfer.
Ensure proper execution and registration of deeds and agreements.
Conduct due diligence and verify land ownership and title documents.
Communicate with land registry offices, sub-registrars, local government bodies, and other related departments.
Ensure compliance with land-related laws and administrative processes.
Ensure that the organization complies with all relevant property and land laws, including zoning, land use, and environmental regulations.
Maintain a database of all legal land documents, litigation records, and legal correspondence.
Ensure confidentiality and proper archiving of legal files.
Provide legal advice to management on labour law, factory, land, and property-related matters.
Identify legal risks and suggest mitigation strategies.
