Oversee the maintenance and smooth functioning of the substation, generator, and all electrical systems within the plant.
Must possess solid understanding of PLCs, HMIs, VFDs, and other instrumentation devices.
Should be capable of interpreting electrical and instrumentation diagrams and executing tasks accordingly.
Design and implement preventive maintenance strategies, including tracking the use of critical spare parts for all electrical machinery and systems.
Able to create electrical distribution layouts based on specific project needs.
Well-versed in electrical switchgear operations, protection systems, control, and signaling.
Must demonstrate strong reporting skills to the Head of Department.
Proven ability to lead and manage a team effectively.
