8+ years of hands-on software development experience, including 3+ years in a software architecture or senior technical leadership capacity.
Strong command of architectural design paradigms, including Microservices, Event-Driven Architecture, Layered Architecture, and Domain-Driven Design (DDD).
Proficiency in one or more backend technologies such as C#, .NET, Java, Python, or Node.js, aligned with the organization’s technology stack.
Practical experience with major cloud platforms including Microsoft Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
In-depth knowledge of database architecture (both SQL and NoSQL), API design and management, and enterprise system integration.
Solid understanding of DevOps methodologies, including CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker), orchestration (Kubernetes), and Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
Strong expertise in security best practices, scalable system design, and performance optimization techniques.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and leadership capabilities.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Software Architect to design and lead the delivery of scalable, secure, and high-performing software solutions. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in system architecture, design patterns, cloud-native technologies, and modern software engineering practices.
In this role, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams—including developers, project managers, business analysts, and DevOps engineers—to ensure our technology solutions align with business goals while meeting performance, security, and scalability standards.
Define, design, and document end-to-end software architecture for applications and systems.
Partner with business and technical stakeholders to translate functional requirements into robust technical solutions.
Evaluate and select appropriate technologies, frameworks, and tools that align with architectural and business requirements.
Provide architectural leadership through design reviews, mentorship, and enforcement of coding and design best practices.
Architect and implement microservices, APIs, and system integration strategies for enterprise-scale applications.
Ensure all solutions comply with security, performance, scalability, and regulatory requirements.
Design and execute proofs of concept (PoCs) to assess new technologies and frameworks.
Develop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, standards, and blueprints.
Collaborate with DevOps teams to support CI/CD pipelines, containerization, cloud infrastructure, and automation initiatives.
Continuously assess and modernize existing systems to improve performance, reliability, and technical scalability.
